『ガストロミーツーリズム〜食が地域を救う〜』申し込み受付中！
The Japan Times Sustainable Japan Network（代表：末松弥奈子、株式会社ジャパンタイムズ・ 代表取締役会長兼社長）は青森県むつ市との共催で、2022年10月1 日（土）、2日（日）に『第3回 Satoyama実践者交流会』を開催します。今回は『ガストロミーツーリズム～食が地域を救う～』をテーマに食に焦点を当て、藻谷浩介氏の基調講演や、宮下宗一郎むつ市長、斎藤啓輔余市町長がモデレーターを務める2つのパネルディスカッション、また各地で地域全体の活性化に取り組む実践者や学生による活動成果の発表などを予定しています。2013 年に出版された『里山資本主義』（著：藻谷浩介・NHK 広島取材班）は、自然由来の資源に、地域で暮らす人々の手で新たに交換可能な価値を与え、安心で将来性のある地域社会を作るという新しい資本主義のあり方を取り上げた書籍ですが、出版から9 年、今では各地の実践者の手により、自然の中の様々な未活用資源が活かされ、雇用を生み、地域全体の活性化に繋がる事例が増えています。その成果を実践者同士で収集、共有、発信することによって、持続可能で価値の高い
